What is a test template?
A template is one screening test for one vacancy. You choose the role, questions, timers and passing rule, then share it by link, QR code or email. After activation it stays open for 30 days and accepts as many candidates as you need.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account automatically gets one free test template — no card and no extra steps. A free test stays open for 15 days after you publish it; tests from paid packages stay open for 30 days.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each package is a one-time payment. When your templates run out, you simply buy another package.
How can I pay?
Online by card and the other payment methods Paddle offers in your country. Paddle is our merchant of record: it processes the payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT and sends you the receipt.
When do the templates appear in my account?
Right after the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds. The page you return to after checkout updates automatically.
Who in my team can buy packages?
The account owner. Templates are added to the account balance and your invited colleagues create tests from it.
Why do I need an account before paying?
Templates are credited to a specific company account. Sign-up is free and takes a minute; after it we return you to the package you chose.
